Works
In my works as a multimedia designer, web developer and web writer I have at my disposal several methods that are extremely helpful in obtaining my clients objectives:
SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved in a project.
It involves specifying the objective of the project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that objective.
I use it to identify positive attributes my clients have and detect weaknesses they need to overcome in order to achieve their goals.

Core Process Workflow is a well-defined plan to web site development.
It is divided in to five distinct phases: 1) defining the project, 2) developing site structure, 3) designing the visual interface, 4) building and integrating and 5) delivering, launching and maintaining the web site.
An important element of the Core Process Workflow is a time plan with descriptions of activities, milestones and estimated time resources.
Mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea. By presenting ideas in a radial, graphical, non-linear manner, mind maps encourage a intuitive or right hemisphere approach to planning and organizational tasks.
I use mind mapping extensively in my projects not only to determine what they should include but also what should be left out.
Lasswell Communication Model is based on a famous formula coined by the sociologist Harold Lasswell in 1948: "Who says what, in which channel, to whom, with which effect?"
Many versions of this basic formula have since been developed by communication theorist.
One of the most valuable one being Jan Krag Jacobsen's 24 Questions. They are a precise framework for planned communication and a robust marketing tool.
In order to define your target group accurately, keep the message lucid and prevent it from being decoded erroneously formulated answers to some of Jan Krag's most imported questions can guarantee you success.
